Over the past few days, events have been developing too rapidly for us
Earlier, we wrote that our treatment at the Boren clinic had ended.
A brief overview of the treatment: On July 8, 2025, Alena was injected with CD 22 cart cells. Then there was an active therapy process for 28 days. These were very difficult 4 weeks. Two weeks after the introduction of the cells, very severe pain in the shoulder area began. We wrote and Alena herself talked about this on video, but Alena did not lose heart - she continued to do her homework and actively spend her days. The doctor said all these days that these were the cart cells working and the process of tumor disintegration was underway. The only thing to do in this situation is to take painkillers.
On August 5, Alena had a bone marrow puncture and according to the results, they announced the result - REMISSION!!! We were very happy about this. But, unfortunately, the arm continued to be swollen and the pain did not subside, plus due to low test results there was internal bleeding - the pressure dropped, the main blood counts dropped. During a conversation with the doctor, he said that car t therapy was over, he would not do a second course, because Alena had a very hard time with this course, the state of the body does not allow it and now the best thing to do is to go to the clinic where they plan to conduct BMT, for "bridge" therapy (radiation therapy + chemotherapy) followed by BMT. In their clinic, further stay becomes pointless. The doctor also said that the tumor from the arm should be removed with radiation therapy and the full effect of tumor disintegration should be assessed in about a month
Earlier I wrote that in China they found a donor with a suitability of 8/10. In Turkey they found a donor with a suitability of 10/10.
Therefore, an agreement was reached with the Emsey clinic and we flew to the clinic to continue the treatment (last year we were already in this clinic).
We arrived at the Emsey clinic on August 14. And on the same day, we started the examinations - blood tests, PET CT. On Friday, we already had 1 session of radiation therapy. Today, a BM puncture is planned, a CVC is installed, because the port has completely stopped working.
Now the main task is to level out Alena's physical condition and move towards BMT in small steps - in parallel, start the donor activation. Donor activation, according to all standards, takes at least 2 months. Therefore, these two processes are going in parallel
Alena has not recorded videos for several days - because she feels bad and has not yet recovered from the flight, but she, as usual, is focused only on the positive, on strength, on recovery
And here, WI-FI works very poorly and videos take almost a day to load - so now there are more photos, but she will also upload videos 🙏

W ciągu ostatnich kilku dni wydarzenia rozwijały się dla nas zbyt gwałtownie.
Wcześniej pisaliśmy, że nasze leczenie w klinice Boren dobiegło końca.
Krótki opis leczenia: 8 lipca 2025 roku Alenie podano komórki chłonne CD 22. Następnie przez 28 dni trwała aktywna terapia. To były bardzo trudne 4 tygodnie. Dwa tygodnie po podaniu komórek pojawił się silny ból w okolicy barku. Napisaliśmy do Aleny, która sama o tym opowiedziała na wideo, ale Alena nie straciła nadziei – kontynuowała odrabianie lekcji i aktywnie spędzała dni. Lekarz przez cały ten czas twierdził, że komórki chłonne działają i trwa proces rozpadu guza. W tej sytuacji jedyne, co można zrobić, to zażywać leki przeciwbólowe.
5 sierpnia Alena miała punkcję szpiku kostnego i zgodnie z wynikami ogłoszono wynik – REMISJA!!! Bardzo się z tego ucieszyliśmy. Niestety, ramię nadal było opuchnięte, a ból nie ustępował, a dodatkowo z powodu niskich wyników badań wystąpiło krwawienie wewnętrzne – spadło ciśnienie krwi, spadła morfologia krwi. Podczas rozmowy z lekarzem powiedział, że terapia kardiomiopatią szpikową jest zakończona i nie będzie przeprowadzał drugiej kuracji, ponieważ Alena bardzo źle znosiła tę kurację, stan organizmu na to nie pozwala i teraz najlepszym rozwiązaniem jest udanie się do kliniki, w której planują przeszczep szpiku kostnego (BMT), na terapię „pomostową” (radioterapia + chemioterapia), a następnie przeszczep szpiku kostnego. Dalszy pobyt w ich klinice staje się bezcelowy. Lekarz powiedział również, że guz z ramienia powinien zostać usunięty za pomocą radioterapii, a pełny efekt rozpadu guza będzie można ocenić za około miesiąc.
Wcześniej pisałem, że w Chinach znaleźli dawcę o stopniu zdatności 8/10. W Turcji znaleźli dawcę o stopniu zdatności 10/10. W związku z tym osiągnięto porozumienie z kliniką Emsey i polecieliśmy do kliniki, aby kontynuować leczenie (w zeszłym roku już byliśmy w tej klinice).
Do kliniki Emsey dotarliśmy 14 sierpnia. Tego samego dnia rozpoczęliśmy badania – badania krwi, PET-CT. W piątek przeszliśmy już jedną sesję radioterapii. Dzisiaj planowane jest nakłucie szpiku kostnego, założenie CVC, ponieważ port całkowicie przestał działać.
Teraz głównym zadaniem jest wyrównanie stanu Aleny i stopniowe dążenie do przeszczepu szpiku kostnego – równolegle należy rozpocząć proces aktywacji dawcy. Aktywacja dawcy, zgodnie ze wszystkimi standardami, trwa co najmniej 2 miesiące. Dlatego te dwa procesy przebiegają równolegle.
Alena nie nagrywała filmów od kilku dni – bo źle się czuje i jeszcze nie doszła do siebie po locie, ale jak zwykle skupia się tylko na pozytywach, na sile, na regeneracji.
A tutaj Wi-Fi działa bardzo słabo, a filmy ładują się prawie cały dzień – więc teraz jest więcej zdjęć, ale będzie też wrzucać filmiki 🙏
