Regular donation, even a small but automatic one, often brings more benefit than rare large contributions because it creates stability for the charitable organization. Volunteers who contribute not only money but also their skills—for example, repairing things or helping with homework—say that such a specific contribution gives a sense of tangible result. It is important to sometimes pause, turn off fundraising notifications, and simply live your life without guilt. Helping a family is a marathon, not a sprint.
