In mid-October, Kostya had tests – an MRI of his right leg and a PET/CT scan of his entire body. The results showed that everything is stable 🙏 Therefore, we are continuing therapy with the same medications as before.

At the end of October, Kostya and I were in the hospital, restoring his blood counts after chemotherapy.

On November 3rd, Kostya began another round of chemotherapy. Along with it, side effects appeared – nausea, loss of appetite, and low blood counts. We go to the hospital every day, get blood tests, and receive IVs.

On Monday (November 10, 2025), one chemotherapy injection is scheduled, if his blood counts allow it.

Kostya's right leg is completely locked. Unfortunately, due to radiation therapy, he suffered burns, the skin was tight, and the muscles were shortened. At this point, this cannot be corrected with massage or any rehabilitation. Surgery can only be considered after the underlying diagnosis is treated.
His left leg (the healthy one) also now can't fully straighten. This happened after Kostya was admitted to intensive care (in July 2025). He was very ill and lay down all the time. His condition prevented him from hopping on one leg like before. Unfortunately, it's now very difficult for Kostya to stand on one leg, as it won't straighten. And his condition is such that he mostly just wants to lie down. ❤️‍🩹
In October, Kostya began rehabilitation of his left leg. It's very difficult for him, with tears and pain, but Kostya is trying his best.

W połowie października Kostia przeszedł badania – rezonans magnetyczny prawej nogi i tomografię komputerową całego ciała. Wyniki wykazały, że wszystko jest stabilne 🙏 Dlatego kontynuujemy terapię tymi samymi lekami co wcześniej.

Pod koniec października Kostia i ja byliśmy w szpitalu, gdzie przywracaliśmy mu morfologię krwi po chemioterapii.

3 listopada Kostia rozpoczął kolejną rundę chemioterapii. Wraz z nią pojawiły się skutki uboczne – nudności, utrata apetytu i obniżona morfologia krwi. Codziennie chodzimy do szpitala, robimy badania krwi i podajemy kroplówki.

W poniedziałek (10 listopada 2025 r.) zaplanowano jedną dawkę chemioterapii, o ile pozwoli na to morfologia krwi.

Prawa noga Kostii jest całkowicie zablokowana. Niestety, w wyniku radioterapii doznał oparzeń, skóra była napięta, a mięśnie skrócone. Na tym etapie nie można tego skorygować masażem ani żadną rehabilitacją. Operację można rozważyć dopiero po wyleczeniu pierwotnej diagnozy.
Jego lewa noga (ta zdrowa) również nie może się teraz całkowicie wyprostować. Stało się to po przyjęciu Kostii na oddział intensywnej terapii (w lipcu 2025 r.). Był bardzo chory i cały czas leżał. Jego stan uniemożliwiał mu skakanie na jednej nodze, tak jak wcześniej. Niestety, teraz Kostia ma duże trudności ze staniem na jednej nodze, ponieważ nie chce się wyprostować. A jego stan jest taki, że najczęściej chce po prostu leżeć. ❤️‍🩹
W październiku Kostia rozpoczął rehabilitację lewej nogi. Jest to dla niego bardzo trudne, odczuwa łzy i ból, ale Kostia stara się jak może.
