Medulloblastoma of the cerebellar vermis with extension to the fourth ventricle.

Completed the fifth cycle of chemotherapy. Leukopoiesis was stimulated with G-CSF. A replacement transfusion of irradiated red blood cell suspension was administered. He was given polychemotherapy (vincristine). A replacement blood transfusion of irradiated platelet concentrate was administered.

His condition is satisfactory. We will prepare for the sixth cycle of chemotherapy.
